The earrings are very pretty however they do not sit correctly in your ear they flip down so they look like a horseshoe and no one gets to see the crystals. I tried them on once before the first 30 days, they're very hard to connect because the screw is so tiny. I purchased them for an event that was happening until 2 months later and that's when I realized that I made a very bad purchase. Customer service is fine as long as it's within the first 15 and 30 days of purchase after that they really don't care. So I am not too thrilled, I now have a pair earrings I can't use.

I did put a plastic backs on earrings so they stay in place better, but I love the earrings! I might be wearing them opposite than expected, but they can go either way 🤩 highly recommend seller ❤️
