I original gave it 4 stars but after a week of wearing it, the gemstone turned green in the middle. Now I can't change that 4 stars to 2 stars. I would not recommend this. It's not worth the money.

I am very happy with my perchase:) Great quality. The only issue I had was the curve on the end is a lot more narrow than other screw nose rings I have seen. I had to bend it out a little just to get it on but it is a great fit.
