Well I tried to work with this seller... And they are snakes. They informed me of the correction they made after I informed them that the product doesn't match the item I purchased as described. They told me to send it back at my expense that they probably sent the wrong item. I told them that they should be sending me a return label. The item itself was hollow and flimsy not solid as indicated in the description. It wasn't stamped 10kt a per description and didn't have a certificate of authenticity. They sent me the return label and I sent it back to them. I waited to hear from them to see whether the correct ring was on the way. Then they responded that they don't have the ring I purchased as described to get it at another store. If you have purchased from them have your jewelry checked for authenticity. Buyer beware.
